I am Chaplain David and I am the chairman of the Miracle On The Water event. This special week has been birthed out of a Prayer gathering of pastors and ministers that have met and prayed together since 2015. We have seen a supernatural shift take place in this region over the past seven years and believe God has clearly spoken to prepare a place for His Presence to come and forever change all who come.

While we have made some great strides, Miracle On The Water still has a lot to accomplish.
